코사멧 여행기 - 가는 방법 및 먹거리 Koh Samet Travel Diary - How to get there & food

태국에서 유명한 파타야 해변은 물놀이하기에는 너무 질이 않좋고 사람도 많다... 그래서 바다하면 자주 찾아가는 곳이 백사장으로 유명한 코사멧이다...
Infamous Pattaya beach in Thailand is too dirty and got too many people to play in the waters... so when i want to visit a beach, i go to Koh Samet...

'코'는 태국어로 섬이라는 뜻이다... 즉 사멧 섬... 코사멧은 방콕에서 약 200km 정도 떨어져 있어서 2박3일은 물론 1박2일도 가능하다...
'Koh' in Thai means island... so its Samet island... since Koh Samet is only 200km from Bangkok, even a day trip is possible...

가는 방법은 간단하다...
getting there is easy...

방콕 에까마이 버스 터미널에서 라용에서 20-30분 거리에 있는 방피(Bang Phe) 가는 버스를 잡아타라~! 2-3시간 정도 걸린다...
take a bus from Ekamai Bus Terminal towards Bang Phe... its a 2-3 hour ride...

버스는 매 30분마다 있고 차비는 약 160바트 정도이다...
the bus leaves every 30 minutes and costs around 160 baht...

버스는 방피 항구(?) 또는 방파제에 도착하여 바로 보트 및 페리 티켓을 끈어 갈수 있다... 배티켓은 50바트이다...
the bus will arrive at Bang Phe Pier where you can get a ticket for the ferry... the ferry ticket is 50 baht...

보트 티켓... 매시간마다 있고 사람당 50바트이다...
ferry ticket... its 50 baht and runs every hour...

내가 코사멧 타고 간 배... 핑크색이다... 훗...
my ride to Koh Samet... its pink... hmm...

저 멀리 보이는 섬이 코사멧이다...
the island in the distance is Koh Samet...

코사멧 도착해서 한장.... 누군가가 엄청나게 물을 준비해왔다... 판매용인가?
one more at Koh Samet... someone prepared whole bunch of water... for sales?

배에서 내려 바로 앞에 있는 쏭태우(픽업 택시)를 타고 제일 가깝고 아름다운 싸이 깨오 해변으로 가세요~ 코사멧은 태국에서 지정한 국립 공원이라서 입장료가 있습니다... 외국인은 200바트인가 400바트... 난 태국어로 40바트... 훗!
after getting off the boat, take a song taew (truck taxi) to Sai Kaew beach, closest and most pretty beach of them all... because Koh Samet is a National Park, there's an entrance fee... foreigners pay 200 or 400 baht... i paid 40 baht by speaking Thai...

밤 풍경... 해변에서 조용히 맥주를 마시는 기분이란...
view at night... cant describe the feeling of having a quiet beer at night...

푸른 달이라고 하는데... 진짜 파랗다~!
they call it a blue moon... its really blue~!

코사멧에서 꼭 먹어봐야하는 음식... 해변가에서 파는 인도 음식 로띠! 바나나, 건포도 등 여러 가지 토핑으로 즐길 수 있다... 짠 소금물 마시고 달콤한 로띠 하나 먹으면 딱이다!
a must eat on Koh Samet Island... Indian Roti sold right on the beach! you can have various toppings such as bananas and raisins... its perfect to have a sweet roti after salty waters...

바닷가왔으니 해물을 먹어줘야지... ㅋㅋ
gotta try the seafood near the sea... lol

태국 새우 볶음밥 및 똠얌...
Thai fried rice with shrimp & Tom Yum...
